Hi friends! Its been a while as we decided to take a break from the internet filled world. Sometimes you just need to disconnect and focus on being in the moment. We offloaded specific apps (and some still are) and focused on reading actual books and sharing some good ole Mommy Daughter time together with no distractions.
During this time, we talked about how these next few years we want to be all in as Rhi is planning to graduate from high school early and go on to college. If you’ve been with us since the beginning of this blog and you know that its just the two of us. As excited for this next journey of her I am, I also started thinking what will be next for me. So together we made a Bucket List. There are some things we would like to do together and some on our own. Although we each have people in our lives that we consider marble jar friends (shoutout Brene Brown for that message), we are a large percentage of each other’s lives.
There are dreams of petting kangaroos, watching the sun set on the beach, visiting Giraffe Manor in Kenya, flying in a hot air balloon, and swimming with dolphins. And there’s still the dream of inviting other mothers and daughters to travel with us. We’ll continue to speak this into existence as we know our words have power. Keep scrolling to see our full list. Some have been accomplished already as we started this list when we disconnected at the beginning of the year.

This is just the beginning as we are always looking for more things to do together; especially before the college years begin. And so far we’ve met Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Rhi got to pet kangaroos. A few more will be crossed off in a few months as summer is almost here and we’re going on a cruise for Labor Day weekend. So please come back and join us in our adventures.
xoxo – Kelli
